Sunday School

At CCC, we welcome all children to be part of our church body. We seek to instill a love for God, His Word and His people through all our children’s ministry programs. We encourage children of all ages to be active participants in our worship service each week. We also provide opportunities for children to learn the gospel in age appropriate settings during our Sunday services.

NURSERY

Ages: 0-2

Available throughout the service

We offer a nursery class throughout the whole church service for children ages 0-2 staffed by dedicated childcare givers who are trained and experienced in providing care for our youngest church attenders.

We also supplement our nursery with a short Bible story and lesson led by one of our trained volunteers using the Children Desiring God: A Sure Foundation curriculum.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES

Ages: 3-12

Available during the sermon

Note: children will be dismissed to go to their classroom before the sermon starts

For children ages 3-8, we offer two separate children’s Sunday school classes during the sermon. During this time children will be dismissed from the service to our children’s ministry area where our trained volunteers will lead the children in a gospel-centered bible story, singing, activity, craft, and snack. 

We utilize a curriculum called Truth 78 for children ages 3-8 and seek to introduce the Gospel that is centered on God’s greatness and glory, and not “us” as the main character. For children ages 9-12, we are going through The New City Catechism curriculum. Through this class, we hope to establish a deep biblical foundation (to catechize) and to shape & affect the heart of the children (to develop virtue) for a lifetime of faith.

CHURCH CENTER APP USE

First-time visitors should download the Church Center app and fill out the Children's Ministry New Family Registration Form. Once the staff has completed your family's registration you will receive a confirmation email.

On Sunday, please go to our Children’s Ministry check-in table to get a name label for your child and a security label for the parents for check-out.

Regular visitors and CCC members should be able to check in your family online via the church center app before Sunday Service starts. Show the QR code to the volunteers at our Children’s Ministry table. You may also input the last 4 digits of your phone number to check in at our table and get your family’s labels printed.
